Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- 3 days per week, Days shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts effectively
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
