Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents at senior living facilities
• Assess residents’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy sessions to support residents’ functional abilities
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate care and meet meeting hours as needed
• Document progress and maintain accurate client records

Required Qualifications
• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience working with senior populations in at least a healthcare or wellness setting
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a senior living or long-term care environment
• Knowledge of elderly care standards and therapies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
