Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Assist in therapy sessions at a secondary location within the region.
- Ensure documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and modify therapy plans.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Illinois state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
