Job Title
- Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Assist in patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to schedule requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation practices
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
