Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location
• Derry, NH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), working 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide bedside nursing care to telemetry patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias and respond appropriately
• Assist with patient safety rounding and participate in safety and quality initiatives
• Document patient care using Meditech Expanse system
• Support unit operations including equipment management such as PCA and IV pumps
• Float as required following hospital policy, including bedside care and safety practices

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, with strong dysrhythmia skills
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm identification
• Ability to work nights and adhere to schedule requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Meditech Expanse or similar electronic documentation systems
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures regarding telemetry units
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience with bedside care and patient safety initiatives
