Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition throughout procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to prepare and assist in cardiac cath lab and EP procedures.
• Document patient care and procedures accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or electrophysiology setting.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts.
• Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and patient monitoring.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in cardiology or acute care units.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
