Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, night shifts, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to transplant patients in a specialized PCU/IMC setting
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit protocols and policies, including infection control and safety procedures
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
Required Qualifications
• Current RN license in Texas or appropriate state licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a PCU, IMC, or stepdown unit
• Ability to manage multiple patient needs efficiently
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with transplant or renal patient care
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
