Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate all services within the CVOR, including CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, and Bariatric procedures
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital setting
• Work on-call as required, with the possibility of holiday coverage
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements, including radiation badges
• Adhere to hospital policies and emergency response protocols during hurricane season

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or multi-state RN license in hand at start of contract
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
• Radiation badge (to be provided by agency)
• Minimum of 2 years of circulating experience in CVOR or related specialties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrubbing vascular and general surgery cases highly preferred
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Details

• Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis at a reduced bill rate
• RTO (leave) requests must be submitted at the time of application and approved based on department needs
• Travelers may be scheduled for one shift per two weeks to assist with staffing needs
• Hurricane season runs from June to November; staff may be assigned to emergency response teams during this period
