Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Assist patients through therapeutic interventions focusing on recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team as needed
• Work independently while collaborating with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care
• May see new grads and first-time travelers; outpatient experience preferred but not required

Required Qualifications
• Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Ability to handle outpatient orthopedic caseload
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
• Experience working with a diverse patient population
• Ability to double-book follow-up visits as needed
