Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Nights, 12.5-hour shifts, 13-week duration, 3 shifts per week, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions for changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with procedures such as IV starts, wound care, and monitoring invasive lines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent med/surg, IMC, PCU, or stepdown experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ICU or stepdown units.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Cerner.
• Bilingual or additional language skills considered a plus.
