Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU
Location
• Conroe, TX
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a high-acuity environment
• Monitor and manage ventilators, cardiovascular drips, and other critical equipment
• Perform procedures such as thoracentesis, arterial line, and central line placement
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to unit policies, protocols, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• ICU experience with ventilators and cardiovascular drips
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Active RN license in Texas or the ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Neuro ICU experience preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech
