Location: International Falls, MN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days per week, Mids
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans for residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Monitor residents' conditions; document and communicate observations to appropriate staff.
• Safeguard residents’ property, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Promote residents’ independence and respect their choices.
• Maintain safe, clean, and pleasant living environments for residents.
• Process physicians’ orders promptly and notify physicians as needed.
• Assist with resident and family education; use electronic medical records accurately.
• Operate transfer equipment safely and effectively; follow safety protocols.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly and efficiently.
  Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
  Preferred Skills / Experience:
• Knowledge of nursing skills and medication effects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Familiarity with healthcare safety standards and emergency procedures.
