- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide total nursing care for patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and care planning
- Develop and implement patient care plans across a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting
- Exhibit leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary staff and other healthcare team personnel
- Maintain quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies and protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 6 months of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work night shifts with 12-hour shifts
- Strong assessment and clinical skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with a diverse patient population across all age groups
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive care plans
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
