Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment services including individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Deliver emergency services, community education, and consultation within your credentialed areas of expertise.
• Offer consumer support services and information/referral resources.
• Apply mental health therapeutic techniques and use good judgment with minimal supervision.
• Serve diverse populations, including special populations such as children, elderly, or individuals with developmental disabilities, if qualified.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or MHP.
• At least two years of experience in mental health treatment and direct client services.
• Knowledge of mental health issues, community resources, and therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to perform responsibilities independently with sound clinical judgment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse or specialized populations such as children, elderly, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with emergency mental health services and community outreach.
