Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical treatment services including individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Deliver emergency services, community education, and consultation within your credentialed areas of expertise.
- Offer consumer support services and information/referral resources.
- Apply mental health therapeutic techniques and use good judgment with minimal supervision.
- Serve diverse populations, including special populations such as children, elderly, or individuals with developmental disabilities, if qualified.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or MHP.
- At least two years of experience in mental health treatment and direct client services.
- Knowledge of mental health issues, community resources, and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to perform responsibilities independently with sound clinical judgment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse or specialized populations such as children, elderly, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with emergency mental health services and community outreach.
