- Full-time, 13-week contract, dayshift, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to adult and pediatric patients in a Medical Surgical ward
- Work collaboratively with a team of nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician
- Deliver quality nursing services with minimal supervision and direction
- Participate in patient assessments, interventions, and care planning
- Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical settings
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to float and work in other departments as qualified
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in rural hospital settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
