  • Full-time, Days shift, 10-hour shifts, 1 shift per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide invasive cardiology nursing care for critically ill patients undergoing interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, including monitoring and sedation.
  • Respond to STEMI calls with a 30-minute response time, ensuring rapid and effective patient intervention.
  • Utilize advanced hemodynamic monitoring equipment such as IABP and IMPELLA.
  • Assist with ventilator management and other complex patient needs in a critical care environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and sedation, with experience in invasive cardiology procedures.
  • Skilled in advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including IABP and IMPELLA.
  • Experience with ventilator management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with preoperative and postoperative patient care in a cardiac setting.
  • Familiarity with EPIC, XPER, and Change Healthcare systems.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 250-300 lbs with assistance and pushing/pulling up to 500 lbs with assistance.
  • Comfort working in environments with exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and body fluids.
