Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (SC license or Compact license) prior to start.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience are preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Community hospital experience.
- Comfort with float assignments within scope to meet facility needs.
