Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (SC license or Compact license) prior to start.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Telemetry competency and previous charge nurse experience are preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Community hospital experience.
• Comfort with float assignments within scope to meet facility needs.
