Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, and Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid multi-state RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including ICU and Med/Surg.
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.
- Flexibility to work across multiple units including ICU and Medical/Surgical.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
