• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to adult patients in the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage cardiac drips with familiarity in Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely in EPIC electronic charting system.
• Float within scope to multiple hospital locations within a 20-mile radius as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in PCU and ICU settings.
• Valid nursing license for the state of Florida.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications current at the time of submission.
• NIHSS certification obtained prior to start.
• Epic experience must be a 3 or 4 level.
• Familiarity with cardiac drips required.
• Nicotine-free status and negative 10-panel drug screen required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a teaching or trauma hospital.
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive modules efficiently.
• Experience with time management in high-pressure environments.
