Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure residents' needs are met
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour night shifts reliably
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate resident care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly or geriatric patient populations
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
