Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location
• Mullins, SC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services within a hospital setting
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across units or sister facilities as required
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Epic or designated charting systems
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certifications, including BLS
Required Qualifications
• Valid SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at start of contract
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in hospital inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation units
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and floating within scope
