Respiratory Therapist
Location: Bismarck, ND
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3 shifts per week, rotating day/night shifts, 12-hour shifts, no on-call
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to ICU, NICU, PICU, and other critical care units
• Ensure proper patient assessment and develop treatment plans in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor patient response and adjust therapies as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient progress
• Adhere to facility protocols, including badge-in/out procedures and scrubs dress code
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Current ND Respiratory Therapist license
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be AHA)
• NBRC RRT or CRT certification
• ICU, NICU, or PICU experience preferred
• Must have experience with ICU settings
• Must note if previously employed by Sanford Health; if so, end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission
• All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
• Scrubs: Gray

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• PALS and NRP certifications are a plus
