Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift (12-hour shifts), 3 nights per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide adult respiratory therapy services in a hospital setting during night shifts
- Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and therapies
- Collaborate with medical team to assess patient needs and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient care activities accurately and according to protocol
- Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years adult respiratory therapy experience
- Current CRT or RRT certification
- Arkansas state licensure (must be obtained 2 weeks prior to start date)
- COVID-19 vaccination not required prior to submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Ability to work effectively overnight and handle high-pressure situations
