Schedule / Job Type
- Days (Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs), 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized therapy programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
- Proven experience in occupational therapy practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare documentation and electronic health records.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
