• Days (Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs), 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
