Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac telemetry equipment accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate patient care
• Prepare patients for procedures such as Endoscopy, IR, and OR as needed
• Document patient information thoroughly using electronic medical records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferred in telemetry or med-surg units
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Leadership or charge nurse experience
• BSN degree
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system and remote telemetry monitoring equipment
