Job Title

• Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures Tech

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, day shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures, including drains, neuro interventions, tumor ablation, and other complex cases such as SIR-spheres and spine jacks.
• Utilize GE EMR and Meditech systems for patient documentation and workflow.
• Collaborate with a team of IR techs and RNs on the unit to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage stressful situations with effective communication and professionalism.
• Support the unit’s needs during scheduled shifts, providing patient care within the typical patient-to-staff ratios.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification in Interventional Radiology or CVIR.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IR operating room experience.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro IR experience.
• Background in thrombectomy procedures or neuro interventions.
• Experience working in a thrombectomy or neuro center.
