Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel assignment, day shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures, including drains, neuro interventions, tumor ablation, and other complex cases such as SIR-spheres and spine jacks.
- Utilize GE EMR and Meditech systems for patient documentation and workflow.
- Collaborate with a team of IR techs and RNs on the unit to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage stressful situations with effective communication and professionalism.
- Support the unit’s needs during scheduled shifts, providing patient care within the typical patient-to-staff ratios.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification in Interventional Radiology or CVIR.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IR operating room experience.
- Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neuro IR experience.
- Background in thrombectomy procedures or neuro interventions.
- Experience working in a thrombectomy or neuro center.
