Key Responsibilities
- Provide care during surgical procedures within a Level 1 Trauma Operating Room.
- Circulate and scrub for various surgeries, focusing on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Support a wide range of surgical specialties including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center setting.
- Extensive scrub experience.
- Current EPIC and BLS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns surgeries.
