Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3x12 night shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in IMC, PCU, and stepdown units
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and respond to patient needs
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope across multiple hospitals to meet facility demands

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in PCU, with ICU experience preferred
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Epic charting system experience (preferably level 3 or 4)
• Familiarity with cardiac drips required
• Must be nicotine-free and able to pass a negative 10-panel drug screen

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in teaching or trauma facilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to time-sensitive modules and priorities
• Flexibility to float within scope across multiple hospital sites within a 20-mile radius
