Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients on the orthopedic surgical trauma unit with telemetry monitoring.
- Manage chest tubes, traction, lines, drains, and other orthopedic procedures.
- Collaborate with a team of nurses, techs, and charge nurses to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR system.
- Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code (royal blue scrubs).
- Support weekend shifts and participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience managing chest tubes and trauma care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous trauma unit experience
- Skilled in orthopedic procedures and patient monitoring
- Strong time management and flexible personality
