Respiratory Therapist
Location: Coventry, RI
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time | 3/12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a company-owned facility
• Assist patients during short-term rehab stays following hospital admissions or for long-term care needs
• Operate and monitor ventilator equipment and other respiratory support devices
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to the medical team

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification
• Experience working in a rehabilitative or long-term care setting preferred
• Knowledge of ventilator management and oxygen therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible scheduling
