Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Bemidji, MN

Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Approximately 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum, antepartum, pediatric, GYN, and Med-Surg overflow patients
• Support care in labor, postpartum, nursery, and pediatric units, potentially serving as second RN in specialized units
• Utilize equipment such as EPIC One Chart, Acudose, Philips Vitals Machines, Bladder Scanner, Medula Breast Pumps, Responder 5 Call light system, and Medfusion Pumps
• Assist with patient admissions, assessments, and ongoing care, ensuring compliance with unit protocols
• Float to other units like Telemetry and Med-Surg as needed, with flexibility to work across various departments

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years OB/L&D experience
• Active BLS certification (AHA)
• Active ACLS certification (AHA)
• Active NRP certification
• Valid MN State RN license
• Must have SNSA certification (proof required of registration with the State of MN)
• Ability to work in Labor, PP, Nursery, and PEDS units
• Willingness to float to Med-Surg and Telemetry units

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with PALS certification
• EPIC EMR system experience or other comparable systems
