Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, documenting any changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota
- Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with elderly patient populations
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation procedures
