Key Responsibilities

• Complete documentation requirements directly with ATI prior to start, outside of the clearance packet.
• Perform physical therapy duties according to treatment plans and standards.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and licensing renewal processes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Adhere to department policies regarding schedules, dress code, and equipment use during interviews.
• Maintain active license and ensure equipment is ready for use during interviews.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and managing physical therapy procedures.
• Ability to coordinate documentation and licensing requirements.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with ATI and internal teams.
• Availability to start on or around 1/26.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience at ATI within the last year or more than one year ago with rehire eligibility verification.
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with credentialing and staffing processes.

Additional Notes

• The shift is days, 8 hours per shift.
• Equipment will be provided during interviews.
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x the regular rate when applicable.
• Billing cycle is weekly with a 30-day notice period.
