Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric and neonatal patients in a high-acuity PICU/NICU setting.
• Manage airway, ventilator, and respiratory support procedures using advanced equipment such as G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver specialized patient care.
• Adhere to unit policies, guidelines, and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document care and procedures accurately in the electronic medical record system.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Co. Respiratory Therapist license.
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience, specifically in PICU and NICU settings.
• Must have Level III NICU experience and pediatric background.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience with ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Experience working with advanced respiratory equipment and technology.
