Job Title
• Registered Nurse - CVICU

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3x12 night shifts, with holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert nursing care to cardiac and neuro patient populations within the CVICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergent situations promptly.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Float within scope to cover unit needs and support facility operations as needed.
• Participate in holiday rotations and other scheduled assignments per facility requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or Compact nursing license prior to start date.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac or neuro nursing (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in using electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in holiday rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in highly acute, high-acuity cardiac and neuro units.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
