• Full-time, days (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in electronic charting systems.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Compact nursing license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience (preferably 2 years).
• Must be comfortable with cardiac and neuro patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac and neuro ICU experience preferred.
• Ability to float within scope to other units as needed.
• Experience working with Epic electronic health records.
