Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Ability to work a full-time schedule during daytime hours
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Knowledge of therapy best practices and clinical procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting
• Familiarity with patient documentation and electronic health records
