Full-time, nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, ensuring timely interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Participate in holiday rotations and may float between units or facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in ICU or critical care
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital ICU or similar critical care environment
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
