- Rotating shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a busy ER setting.
- Adhere to a strict schedule starting at 7:00 AM on Mondays with no exceptions.
- Float to Long Term Care or ICU departments as needed.
- Work a total of 80 hours every two weeks, including AM, PM, and overnight shifts.
- Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Emergency Department.
- Current and active nursing license.
- Ability to meet the mandatory start date without exceptions.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including day, evening, and night.
- Willingness to float between departments as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Long Term Care or ICU settings.
- Strong critical thinking and fast-paced decision-making skills.
