• Full-time, Contract, Days shifts, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients following established treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Set up and operate necessary equipment during therapy sessions as directed.

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with setting up and using therapy equipment.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Will be able to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent license immediately.
• Willingness to complete documentation with ATI outside of clearance packet before beginning assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credentialing requirements for contract roles.
• Experience with managing therapy documentation and compliance.
