Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic outpatient patients.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Work up to 40 hours weekly with 36 guaranteed, with prior approval required for overtime.
• Float to other clinics is not required; work primarily at the designated outpatient facility.

Required Qualifications
• Physical therapy license for the state of Oklahoma.
• Ability to work in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Experience or familiarity with outpatient orthopedic care is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient therapy experience, especially in orthopedic care.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume outpatient environment.
