• 13-week contract, full-time
• Days shift, 36 hours guaranteed per week
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.
• Deliver physical therapy services to Veterans, promoting functional independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Montana.
• Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a veteran or long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations.
