Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment, night shifts (11 PM – 7 AM), 40 hours per week, every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Respond effectively to patient needs during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or compact license.
- Valid BLS certification.
- 1 or more years of previous Geriatric LPN experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
