• Full-time, 13-week traveling contract, Days shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and home programs
• Adhere to clinic protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Minnesota
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for patients
