Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients according to prescribed plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document patient treatment and progress accurately in clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proven experience in delivering physical therapy services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
