• Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, Travel assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population, including orthopedic, spine, trauma, and other medical patients.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, prioritize care needs, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize hospital equipment such as Alaris pumps, telemetry monitors, wound vacs, and feeding tubes.
• Document patient care accurately using the facility’s Meditech system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred but optional.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Punctual, organized, effective communicator, and team player.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic/spine patient care.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in using advanced hospital equipment and documentation systems.
