- Full-time, travel, seasonal, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical and medical patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changing conditions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Float between units as needed within the Medical Surgical department
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting, including float pool assignments
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to different unit workflows
