• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Days shift, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult critical care in a high-acuity environment, including ICU, stepdown, and floor care.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, monitor patient status, and respond to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner.
• Work flexible hours with potential holiday shifts; may need to be on-call as required.
• Support in emergency responses during hurricane season, if necessary.

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license in hand at start.
• NBRC Certification or equivalent RRT credential.
• Minimum of 1 year of adult critical care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work in high-acuity environments, including ICU, stepdown, and floor settings.
• EPIC and Cerner experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a freestanding ER or similar high-pressure setting.
• Flexibility to float between different service lines if needed.
• Familiarity with hurricane season protocols and emergency response.

• Pending SC license is acceptable for consideration; license must be active at start.
