Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 4/10’s schedule, rotating weekday off, on-call requirement (8-9 days of call per month with 1 weekend)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures
- Prepare procedural rooms and equipment, ensuring readiness for cases
- Instruct and monitor patients throughout procedures, providing routine and emergency care
- Contribute to training and orientation of team members
- Participate in quality control initiatives through auditing and reporting of procedures and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), ARRT-R Radiography credential, or equivalent
- Minimum associate degree from an accredited institution or two years of cath lab experience in lieu of degree
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 30 days of hire)
- Must meet one of the following certifications: ARRT-R, RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or CCDS
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Less than 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting or related field
