Key Responsibilities

• Perform invasive electrophysiology procedures including 3D mapping, EP recordings, and advanced ablation techniques such as A-Fib procedures.
• Assist with intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), cardiac rhythm management interrogation, and programming of multi-vendor devices.
• Operate specialized equipment such as GE Cardio Lab or St. Jude Workmate systems for electrophysiology procedures.
• Support the EP lab team in ensuring quality patient care during invasive procedures.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols for electrophysiology and cardiac device management.

Required Qualifications

• ACLS, NASPE/RCES, or RCIS certification with EP experience or registry eligibility.
• EP lab experience with a minimum of 2 years, including proficiency in 3D mapping, EP recording systems, and advanced ablation techniques.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited cardiovascular technology program, with completion of relevant coursework toward Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist registry.
• Experience with GE Cardio Lab and/or St. Jude Workmate equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with ICE procedures and multi-vendor device programming.
• Experience supporting complex electrophysiology procedures such as A-Fib ablations.
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management interrogation and troubleshooting.

Additional Notes

• This is a 13-week contract with possible extension.
• Shifts are 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday, with no call duty.
• Travel radius restrictions apply: candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility and have VA or compact licensure in hand at the time of submission.
• Candidates must have current fit test cleared without PAPR accommodations.
• P/F (pulse and rhythm) EKG testing is required prior to placement with a minimum passing score of 80%.
• No license or background hits or prior issues accepted.
